Summary

This study is testing whether a virtual, 8-week music relaxation program can help reduce anxiety in teens and young adults who have finished cancer treatment. Researchers are enrolling 50 participants aged 15-39 who report significant anxiety. The main goal is to see if this type of program is practical and acceptable to participants, while also measuring any changes in anxiety levels.
