Music may soothe labor pain and anxiety, new study says

Summary
This study looks at whether listening to music for 10 minutes while in labor can lower anxiety and pain and boost satisfaction. About 106 women in labor will either listen to music or have no music. They will rate their anxiety and pain and answer questions about how satisfied they are with their care.
