First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether listening to music and using Emotional Freedom Techniques (a simple tapping method) can help people recover more comfortably after knee arthroscopy. The goal is to reduce pain, fear of moving, and the risk of falling. About 85 adults having knee surgery will take part, and the results could help nurses offer better, drug-free support after surgery.
