Summary
This study tested a video-based, game-like music and breathing therapy for children with ADHD (ages 7-12) and their parents. 48 pairs joined a pilot program to see if it was practical and helpful. The goal was to improve resilience, reduce emotional and behavioral symptoms in kids, and lower parenting stress.
