Summary
This early-phase study tests whether injecting a patient's own muscle fibers into the bladder neck can safely treat urinary incontinence. Ten adult women with stress incontinence due to a weak sphincter will be monitored for side effects and changes in leakage over a year. The goal is to control symptoms, not cure the condition.
