Summary
This early-phase study tests whether injecting a patient's own muscle fibers into the bladder neck can safely treat urinary incontinence. Ten adult women with stress incontinence due to a weak sphincter will be monitored for side effects like bleeding or infection. Researchers will also measure changes in urine leakage using pad tests over 12 months.
