NCT ID NCT07426068

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether transplanting a patient's own lab-grown muscle cells into areas of muscle loss is safe and feasible. Six adults who have been bedridden for at least four weeks and have confirmed muscle atrophy will receive the injection. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if the graft survives and improves muscle bulk.
