Summary
This study looks at better ways to diagnose and treat people with drug-resistant focal epilepsy, a condition where seizures start in one part of the brain and don't respond to medication. Researchers will test advanced imaging and other tools to pinpoint the seizure source and guide treatments like surgery, focused ultrasound, or nerve stimulation. The goal is to improve seizure control and quality of life for the 337 adult participants.
