Summary
This study looks at whether taking a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement for 12 weeks can improve perimenopause symptoms like mood swings, sleep problems, hot flashes, and memory issues. About 58 women who are still having periods but experiencing troublesome symptoms will take either the supplement or a placebo. The goal is to see if the supplement helps with thinking, sleep, and overall well-being.
