First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week course of a multi-vitamin, mineral, and herbal supplement can ease common perimenopause symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, sleep problems, and memory issues. Researchers will compare the supplement to a placebo in 58 healthy women who are still having periods but experiencing troublesome symptoms. The goal is to see if the supplement improves quality of life, thinking skills, and sleep.
