Summary

This study looks at whether a multi-family therapy program can help teenagers with anorexia and their families. About 200 teens aged 11-18 and their parents will take part in group sessions to learn skills for meal support and managing emotions. The goal is to see if this approach improves weight, reduces eating disorder thoughts, and strengthens family relationships.
