Summary

This study explores whether intensive multi-family therapy can help teenagers with anorexia nervosa and their families. Over 200 teens aged 11-18 and their parents will attend group sessions to learn skills for meal support and managing emotions. The goal is to improve weight, reduce eating disorder thoughts, and strengthen family relationships.
