Summary
This study tests a new tuberculosis (TB) vaccine called MTBVAC in 276 adolescents and adults in South Africa, both with and without HIV. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and triggers a strong immune response. TB is a major threat for people with HIV, so finding a vaccine that works for them is critical.
