First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special version of multisystemic therapy (MST-ID) works better than standard therapy for teenagers with severe behavior problems whose families have intellectual disabilities. About 470 teens and their families will take part. Researchers will compare behavior changes and ask families about their experiences to see if the specialized approach makes a difference.
