Summary
This study tested whether a 12-month therapeutic education program is feasible for people with multiple system atrophy (MSA) and their caregivers. The program includes in-person visits and online activities to help understand symptoms and adapt to daily life. Fifteen patient-caregiver pairs participated, and the main goal was to see if at least 80% would stay in the program for 6 and 12 months.

What this could lead to
If successful, this program could provide a structured way for MSA patients and caregivers to better understand and cope with the disease, improving quality of life.
What could go wrong
This is a very small feasibility study with only 15 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The program requires internet access and regular visits, which may be challenging for some.
