Summary
This study aims to understand how people with multiple sclerosis (MS) experience their care journey and what makes it better or worse. Researchers will interview 57 participants, including patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, to identify key moments in the care pathway. The goal is to propose improvements that make MS care more coordinated and patient-friendly.
