Summary
This study aims to improve care for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) by creating a large patient registry. It will collect health records and survey data from 2,000 participants to track how MS affects their daily life and thinking. The goal is to use this information to find better ways to deliver care and support to the MS community.
