Summary
This study is creating a large patient registry to understand and improve real-world care for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). It will collect health records from up to 2,000 participants to track how disability and thinking problems change over time. The goal is to use this information to find better ways to deliver MS care and improve quality of life.
