Summary

This study aims to see if a substance in urine (called S1P) can tell doctors about bladder muscle overactivity in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will check urine samples from 400 MS patients before and after they receive a standard bladder treatment. The goal is to find a simple, non-invasive test that could one day replace uncomfortable internal exams for monitoring bladder issues.
