NCT ID NCT05938387
Summary
This was an early-stage study to test the safety of a new mRNA vaccine, called CVGBM, for patients with a specific, aggressive type of brain tumor called glioblastoma. The study involved 37 adults who had their tumor surgically removed and completed standard radiation therapy. The main goal was to find a safe dose and check for side effects from a series of seven vaccine injections given over several weeks.
