This early-stage study tests a new mRNA drug (XH02) that helps the body produce parathyroid hormone (PTH), which is missing in people with hypoparathyroidism. The goal is to see if it is safe and can restore normal calcium and phosphorus levels. Six adults aged 18 to 65 with chronic hypoparathyroidism will receive the drug intravenously and be closely monitored for side effects and hormone levels.
