Brain scans may predict MS drug success
NCT ID NCT02904876
Summary
This study aimed to see if special MRI scans could predict how well the drug Tysabri works for people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers followed 70 patients for two years, using advanced MRI techniques to look for early brain changes after starting treatment. The goal was to find markers that could help doctors know sooner if a treatment is working.
