Brain scans may reveal MS Drug's effectiveness sooner
NCT ID NCT02904876
Summary
This study aimed to see if a special type of MRI scan could detect early changes in the brain that predict how well the MS drug Tysabri works over two years. Researchers followed 70 patients with relapsing-remitting MS who were starting Tysabri treatment. They compared detailed MRI scans taken before and after treatment to look for patterns linked to a good response.
