Inclusion Criteria: * Primary NSCLC of the lung (TNM 8th edition T parameter ≥T1c) * Biopsy examination of the primary tumor adequate at least for PDL-1 quantification * Staging CT scan with uncertain N parameter and definite M parameter. Exclusion Criteria: * Absolute contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging or the administration of gadolinium-based contrast agents
