Summary
This study tested a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS in 85 people with schizophrenia who still had severe hallucinations despite medication. Using MRI scans to precisely target the brain areas involved, the treatment aimed to reduce the strength and frequency of these hallucinations. The goal was to see if this personalized approach could offer relief when standard treatments fail.
