MRI spots hidden breast cancers in women with nipple discharge

Summary
This study looked at whether an MRI can detect breast cancer in women who have abnormal nipple discharge but normal mammograms and ultrasounds. About 70 women took part. The goal was to see how often a normal MRI correctly ruled out cancer. The results could help avoid unnecessary surgeries.
