Chemo may blur MRI scans in bladder cancer patients

Summary
This study looks at whether chemotherapy given before bladder cancer surgery makes MRI scans less accurate at showing the tumor stage. About 76 people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer will take part. Some will get chemotherapy before surgery, and others will go straight to surgery. Their MRI results will be compared to the actual tumor tissue removed during surgery to see if the chemo changes what the MRI can detect.
