Summary
This study tests a new way to deliver radiation therapy for cancer using an MRI machine built into the radiation device. The goal is to see if real-time imaging can help doctors target tumors more precisely and reduce side effects. About 377 adults with any type or stage of cancer will take part, and they will have extra MRI scans and fill out quality-of-life questionnaires.
