Summary
This study looks at whether giving older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) real-time feedback on how fast they move during leg presses can improve muscle activation and motivation. Sixty participants aged 60-95 will visit the lab once a week for three weeks to do leg exercises and answer questionnaires. The goal is to help physical therapists design better exercise programs for older adults.
