First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether showing older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) their movement speed during leg presses helps them activate muscles better and feel more motivated. Sixty participants aged 60-95 will visit the lab once a week for three weeks to do leg exercises and answer questionnaires. The goal is to find simple ways to improve resistance training for seniors.
