First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This pilot study tests an 8-week program called Move with Meaning, which uses text messages and audio sessions to encourage physical activity in adults aged 45-64. The study involves 30 participants and aims to see if the program is feasible and acceptable. It does not test whether the program actually improves health outcomes.
