Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-session mindfulness program can reduce anxiety about getting older and improve body image in middle-aged women (40-59 years old). About 58 women will take part, with one group doing the program and another group serving as a comparison. The goal is to see if mindfulness helps women feel more at ease with aging and their bodies.
