Summary

This pilot study is testing a new exercise-focused group for people who are overweight or have obesity. The goal is to see if the group helps increase physical activity without raising the risk of unhealthy eating behaviors. The study will enroll 12 adults who have had weight loss treatment at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center within the past year. Participants will wear Fitbit devices and complete questionnaires to track their activity and eating habits.
