First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding motor imagery (mentally practicing movements without actually moving) to a standard 3-week rehab program helps people with chronic low back pain. About 72 adults with pain lasting over 6 months will participate. The goal is to see if this technique improves muscle endurance, reduces fear of movement, and boosts quality of life.
