Summary
This study tested whether adding mental practice (imagining or watching movements) to standard physical therapy helps people with multiple sclerosis. 48 adults with mild disability (able to walk without aid) participated. Researchers measured walking distance, balance, and fatigue. The goal was to see if these simple mental techniques could improve daily function.
