Summary

This study looked at whether adding motor imagery (mentally practicing movements) and action observation (watching movements) to standard physical therapy can improve walking, reduce fatigue, and enhance trunk control in people with multiple sclerosis. 48 adults with MS who could walk participated. The results may offer a simple, drug-free way to ease symptoms.
