NCT ID NCT06409351

First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether a behavior change program with personalized exercise plans can help stroke survivors become more physically active. Researchers will compare a group that gets up to 6 coaching sessions (in-person and by phone/video) plus a custom activity plan, to a group that only receives standard advice. The study involves 120 community-dwelling adults who are at least 6 months past their stroke and can walk with or without a cane or walker.
