Summary
This study looked at whether a special morphine gel can help with pain from severe radiation burns on the skin around the genitals and anus. Researchers reviewed the records of 17 patients who used the gel. The goal was to see if the gel reduced pain and if it helped patients avoid taking more pain pills or stopping their radiation treatment.
