C-Section pain study: which morphine works best?

Summary
This study compares two ways of giving morphine after a planned C-section: through a shot in the spine (intrathecal) or through a small tube near the spine (epidural). The goal is to find which method provides better pain relief with fewer side effects like nausea or itching. About 120 women having elective C-sections will take part.
