Summary
This study looked at two different doses of morphine given during spinal anesthesia for planned C-sections. The goal was to find which dose (75 or 100 micrograms) provides better pain relief with fewer side effects. 240 women participated, and researchers measured pain levels and any nausea or vomiting after surgery.
