Baby brain study: does Mom's weight matter?

Summary
This study looks at how being overweight during pregnancy might affect a baby's brain development. Researchers will compare brain scans and developmental tests of babies born to normal-weight and obese mothers. The goal is to understand if inflammation from obesity plays a role. About 260 pregnant women will take part.
