Summary
This study tests whether recalling a positive memory can improve mood and decision-making in 80 adults with methamphetamine use disorder who are in treatment. Participants will do computer tasks and have brain scans before and after recalling a happy memory or a neutral one. The goal is to see if a brief mood boost can help people make more balanced choices, which could support recovery.
