Summary
This study tested a monthly injection called Mircera in 75 adults with chronic kidney disease and anemia who were not yet on dialysis. The goal was to see if the shot could safely raise and maintain healthy red blood cell levels. Participants received one shot each month for up to 12 months, and the treatment helped improve hemoglobin levels, a key measure of anemia.
