First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study looks at how certain immune cells (monocytes) influence the response to CART cell therapy in people with multiple myeloma. Researchers will analyze blood samples before and after treatment to find factors that predict better outcomes. The goal is to improve understanding of why some patients relapse early. About 25 adults with multiple myeloma who are scheduled for CART therapy will take part.
