Summary
This study tests a hands-on technique called Mobilization with Movement (MWM) for people with rotator cuff injuries. Researchers want to see if it reduces pain, improves daily function, and helps the shoulder sense its position better. 75 adults with shoulder pain for at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to MWM, standard physical therapy, or no treatment.
