Summary
This study tests a hands-on therapy called Mobilization with Movement (MWM) for people with rotator cuff tears. 75 adults with shoulder pain for at least 3 months will be split into three groups: MWM, standard physical therapy, or a control group. Researchers will measure pain, function, and joint awareness to see if MWM offers extra benefits over usual care.
