Summary
This study tested a mobile web-based program to help caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease feel less depressed and stressed. 184 caregivers who provided at least 20 hours of in-home care per week and had mild depressive symptoms participated. The program aimed to improve well-being by providing easy access to evidence-based support.
