Summary
This study tested a mobile web-based program designed to reduce stress and depression in people caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's disease. 184 caregivers aged 40 or older who provided at least 20 hours of in-home care per week and had mild depressive symptoms took part. The program aimed to improve their well-being by providing easy access to evidence-based support.
