First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mobile phone app could help people with obesity lose body fat by guiding them through remote rehabilitation. The goal was to see if using the app would encourage healthier habits and reduce fat mass. The study was stopped early, so results are limited, but it involved 50 adults aged 20-65 with a BMI over 30.
