This study tests whether a brief mobile app can help improve mood and reduce negative thinking in 100 people with schizophrenia or at clinical high risk for psychosis. Participants will use the app and report changes in defeatist beliefs and negative symptoms. The goal is to see if the app is acceptable and effective as a low-cost, accessible mental health tool.
